Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard pleads no contest to refusing chemical test and had his DUI charge dismissed Friday. Dennard, who just Thursday had his probabation extended
to 3 years for violating his probation due to the DUI arrest, will pay a $500 fine, lose
his license for 60 days and be on a concurrent probationary period of 3 years.
The dismissal allows Dennard to finish the season with the Patriots without jail time. He will serve 60 days starting on March 1, 2014 due to violating his probation. That sentence is down to 35 days between good behavior and time served.
