Eating for the Best Possible You - Cranston Public Library

(CRANSTON, RI) The Cranston Public Library hosts "Eating for the Best Possible You!" on, Monday, February 24 from 6:30-7:30pm at the Central Library. The program is FREE and open to the public and will be in the main meeting room. The Central Library is located at 140 Sockanosset Cross Road.

Presenters: Rian Yalamanchili, B.S., Medical Student, Brown University, Adam Silva, University of Rhode Island, Clinca Esperanza, Heather Johnson, B.A., M.L.I.S Candidate, University of Rhode Island, Clinica Esperanza

Rian and Adam will discuss the benefits of eating healthy as well as tips about how to do so. They will also discuss eating habits that prevent and manage certain disorders.

Free Blood Pressure Screenings - Cranston Public Library

The Cranston Public Library will host free blood pressure screenings on Saturday, February 22 from 10am-12pm. This program will be at the Central Library in the main meeting room located at 140 Sockanosset Cross Road. This program is FREE and open to the public.
