The Providence Bruins fell to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins tonight by a final score of 5-2 in game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, ending their 2013-2014 season. Alexander Khokhlachev scored twice, while David Warsofsky, Ryan Spooner registered a goal and assist each as the P-Bruins furious comeback attempt fell short. Niklas Svedberg stopped 11 of 15 shots, and Malcolm Subban registered 11 saves on 12 shots in relief of Svedberg. 1st Period Scoring Summary:
