CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON. THE WORST CONDITIONS WITH HEAVY
SNOW AND BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL BE THIS MORNING...BUT
CONSIDERABLE BLOWING SNOW AND VERY STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE
INTO THE EVENING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BECOME NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE AND POTENTIALLY
