Providence Parking Ban to Begin at Midnight as City Clears Streets Following Evening Storm
PROVIDENCE, RI – A citywide parking ban will begin at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5, and will remain in effect until 6:00 a.m.
Residents with overnight parking passes are advised that they cannot park on the street during the duration of the citywide parking ban. All vehicles parked on the street in violation of the citywide parking ban will be ticketed and towed to ensure that roadways can be cleared.

Individuals are reminded never to touch downed power lines and report downed lines and power outages to National Grid at 800-322-3223. In the event of an emergency, dial 911.
