Patriots QB Tom Brady and the NFLPA will have an extra 14-days to decide whether to appeal their DeflateGate loss in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals (NY). The Second Circuit Court of Appeals, by a 2-1 decision, had reinstated Brady's 4-game suspension on April 25th.
They will now have until May 23rd to decide whether to continue the appeal process and ask for an en banc hearing in front of all the active judges in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
