Championship Game wager Between Six Flags New England and Six Flags Over Georgia

Championship Game Wager Between Six Flags New England and Six Flags Over Georgia

Six Flags New England and its sister park, Six Flags Over Georgia will place a friendly wager for the upcoming Championship Game on Sunday, February 5. As expected, Six Flags New England will be cheering on the four time championship winner, the New England Patriots, as Six Flags Over Georgia supports their beloved Atlanta Falcons. This friendly competition between sister parks will have a lot more at stake than just bragging rights for the winning team.

If (or when) the New England Patriots were to win the Championship Game, Six Flags Over Georgia will be responsible for the following: Six Flags Over Georgia will have to rename its SkyScreamer to the Patriots SkyScreamer and serve a limited quantity of New England Clam Chowder to All Season Dining Pass guests during opening weekend on March 11 and 12. Park President, Dale Kaetzel will also have to ride the Patriot SkyScreamer, with a New England Patriots flag attached, wearing a Patriots Jersey.

On the flip side if the Atlanta Falcons win next Sunday, Six Flags New England will have to rename their New England SkyScreamer to the Falcons SkyScreamer and serve a limited quantity of Georgia Peach Pie to All Season Dining Pass guests during the park’s opening weekend on April 1 and 2. Six Flags New England’s Park President, John Winkler will also have to ride the Falcons SkyScreamer, with a Falcons Rise Up flag attached, while wearing a Falcons jersey.
